• Manage inbound and outbound communications professionally and courteously.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Experience with data entry using a computer.
• Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words per minute).
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).

• One (1) year of experience in customer service, technical support, or related fields in a contact center environment.
