• Schedule, reschedule, and manage patient appointments for imaging services
• Provide friendly and professional customer service to patients
• Support patient care across the network of imaging centers
• Ensure efficient communication and coordination for appointment management
• Assist with any inquiries related to scheduling and patient services

• Strong customer service, communication, and phone skills
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Attention to detail with a customer-first attitude
• Ability to work onsite when needed and remotely as required
• Previous experience in a call center or medical environment is a plus

• Experience in a call center or medical setting
• Familiarity with scheduling software or systems
