We are seeking a Licensed Customer Service Representative for a full‑time, remote position. In this role, you will assist clients with their insurance needs, address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include responding to customer emails and calls, managing policy changes, processing claims, and providing personalized support. You will act as a liaison between the clients and the insurance company, ensuring a positive and efficient customer experience.

• Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction.
• Ability to enhance Customer Experience and build lasting client relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients.
• Capable of working independently in a remote environment.
• Licensed insurance professional or willingness to obtain licensure (required).
• Proficient with insurance software and technology tools.
• Attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
