In this role, you will provide full life-cycle customer service, assist customers with understanding their coverages, and help find the best solutions for their financial needs.

Responsibilities- Handle inbound and outbound customer contacts professionally and courteously.
- Use knowledge base and training to answer questions and sell products/services.
- Understand customer needs and resolve issues.
- Research and coordinate with departments to resolve issues.
- Complete account management tasks using systems and technology.
- Document and process customer orders accurately.
- Follow scripts, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality of personal information.
- Escalate issues as needed.
- Attend training and stay updated on program changes.
- Adhere to attendance and schedule requirements.
- Must be 18+ years old.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Typing speed of 20+ WPM.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows.
- Reliable with good attendance.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Customer service-oriented (empathetic, patient).
- Ability to multi-task and self-manage.
- Team-oriented and adaptable to change.
- 1+ year in customer service or related fields.
- Experience in a contact center environment.
