What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the product and related campaigns, acting as the voice of the customer to the product team

  • Experience with troubleshooting technology issues in a fast‑paced environment
  • Familiarity with software such as Google Docs and customer service platforms like Zen Desk or Help Scout
  • Reliable access to consistent internet/WiFi and availability during weekdays and weeknights
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Previous experience in a customer support role, especially within a technology or startup environment
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new processes, issues, and features
  • Experience handling App Store and Play Store reviews professionally
