You'll Do
As a Help Desk Technician, you'll provide exceptional support to customers in a 24x7x365 environment. Your primary goal will be to ensure a seamless customer experience by assisting with technical issues related to voice, data, video, and connectivity.

Key responsibilities include:

Responding to inbound calls, chats, and emails in a professional and courteous manner.
Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues for customers, including connection problems.
Answering general customer service inquiries and providing helpful solutions.
