Care Team Specialist - Overnight Shift; Remote

• Answer prayer line calls and provide appropriate support based on caller communication
• Maintain a commitment to model Care Team Values in every interaction with ministry contacts
• Collaborate with other departments and effectively communicate solutions
• Support additional channels such as emails, chat, and text as necessary
• Meet and exceed minimum expectations for work production, quality, and team culture

• Minimum 1 year of hands‑on ministry experience required
• Minimum 1 year of experience working in a customer service environment required
• Solid understanding of scripture and strong knowledge of God's word
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and social media platforms

• Associates degree (or higher) in biblical studies, theology, or equivalent
• Bilingual skills a plus
• Previous ministry training (volunteer, leadership, or staff training)
• Keyboarding speed of about 45+ WPM
