Overview

Senior Customer Service Team Member

Location:

In-office Monday–Friday, 8:15 a.m.–5:00 p.m. (1-hour lunch)

Hybrid Eligibility:
Work from home 2 days per week after 1 year of employment

Compensation: $25.00–$28.50 per hour + Commission & Performance Bonuses

Benefits:
Health coverage, PTO, Paid Holidays, and a 3% employer match after one year

Requirements:
Property & Casualty insurance license and 2 years of Property & Casualty experience.

What You’ll Do
  • Conduct 3–4 onboarding or annual insurance reviews weekly
  • Generate 15+ household quotes per week (Allstate & brokered policies)
  • Quoting, communicating and writing commercial insurance policies
  • Maintain 100% completion of client to-do items
  • Lead 5+ team training sessions per month
  • Handle premium increase calls with appropriate customer education and retention strategy
  • Mentor and develop junior team members
