• Handle a high volume of inbound customer inquiries effectively

• Process refunds, take payments, and analyze account data as needed
• Report to an assigned Customer Service Supervisor and maintain a distraction‑free work environment

• Minimum of 12 months of customer service experience
• Ability to problem‑solve and de‑escalate situations in a fast‑paced environment
• Comfortable working in a structured virtual environment with a set schedule
• Proficient in navigating multiple systems and screens while assisting customers
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours as needed

• Experience in a remote work environment
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and customer service tools
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage a variety of customer styles
• Technical troubleshooting abilities to resolve issues independently
