What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Provide technical customer support to resolve application and product issues via phone, email, and chat.
  • Address routine customer questions regarding product usage within the Vin Solutions support framework.
  • Leverage technical knowledge to deliver quality care while adhering to standards.
  • Log all customer interactions accurately in the CRM tool.
  • Facilitate communication with other departments to resolve client concerns and keep stakeholders informed.
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Generally, less than 2 years of experience in a customer support role.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and document system performance and functionality issues.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills with attention to detail.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Demonstrated dependability and reliability in a professional setting.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM case logging or Salesforce.
  • Knowledge of interaction distribution systems such as Genesys Pure Cloud.
  • Understanding of the automotive industry.
