Entry Level Traveling Customer Trainer at The Reynolds and Reynolds Company

The Training Department plays a crucial role in connecting our customers to our software. The main purpose of this position is to help our customers make a smooth conversion to the Reynolds and Reynolds system and provide training and customer support throughout the process. In this role you will travel approximately 80% of the time, both individually and with a team, installing and converting our software for customers.

You will meet with dealership management to understand each dealership’s needs, customize the system, and train key personnel on how to use the solution. When not at a customer site, you will support current customers, prepare for future trips, and conduct follow-ups from your home office.

• Help customers convert smoothly to the Reynolds and Reynolds system
• Provide training and customer support throughout the process
• Travel approximately 80% of the time, both individually and with a team
• Meet with dealership management to understand needs and customize the system
• Train key dealership personnel on how to use the solution
• Support current customers, prepare for future trips, and conduct follow-ups from home office

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Ability to travel 80% of the time
• Outgoing, friendly personality
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, fewer than 2 moving violations in last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in last five years
• Reliable home internet with sufficient bandwidth for video conferencing
