• Make reservations for owners and assist with changing or canceling existing reservations
• Troubleshoot reservation issues and provide timely support to owners
• Ask discovery questions to learn about owners’ vacation preferences and suggest suitable options
• Confirm reservation details for accuracy and educate owners about policies
• Provide assistance with additional travel planning and answer questions regarding the vacation club product

• Six months of customer service or sales experience
• Good listening and conversational skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
• Basic computer skills
• Passion for travel and hospitality
• High school diploma or GED

• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
