Remote Outbound Sales Specialist

• Make outbound calls to new and existing customers to address their energy needs and encourage enrollments in energy‑saving programs
• Drive success in a high-volume sales environment while meeting daily production and quality goals
• Identify customer eligibility and consistently close enrollments
• Participate actively as a remote team member in training sessions and team activities
• Navigate a script effectively while balancing customer support and multiple platforms

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in a customer-facing environment
• Experience handling inbound or outbound voice calls
• Ability to type at least 35 words per minute
• No attendance or punctuality concerns

• Previous call center experience in an inbound/outbound sales environment
• Bilingual skills to assist Spanish-speaking customers
• Demonstrated sales-oriented focus with a customer service satisfaction mindset
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, intensive environment
