• Handle a high volume of inbound customer inquiries efficiently
• Personalize customer interactions while assisting with questions and issues
• Confirm refunds, take payments, place orders, and analyze account data
• Offer additional products during each customer interaction to drive sales
• Report to an assigned Customer Service Supervisor while working from home

• Minimum of 12 months of customer service experience
• Ability to problem-solve and de-escalate situations while managing high call volumes
• Proficient in navigating multiple systems and screens during customer interactions
  
  Capability to troubleshoot technical issues in partnership with IT when needed
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours as required

• Experience in a remote work environment with a structured schedule
• Strong communication skills to engage effectively with diverse customer styles
• Ability to maintain focus in a distraction-free work environment
