Must‑Haves- 2+ years of experience in customer support, operations, or a similar role.
- Fantastic communication skills; you know how to explain things clearly and empathetically.
- A problem‑solving mindset; you love finding solutions and making things easier for others.
- Detail‑oriented and organized; you stay on top of things and keep everything running smoothly.
- Comfortable working remotely and juggling multiple tasks with ease.
- Experience in engineering, construction, or infrastructure (but not required!).
- Familiarity with CRM tools and customer support software.
- Prior experience in a fast‑growing company.
