Customer service representative, tax software support

Requirements

In this role, I will assist customers in navigating our software, helping them locate previous returns and amendments, and escalating calls as needed. I will provide support through various channels, including video chat and traditional chat.

We are seeking tech‑savvy, customer‑focused independent contractors to support Intuit Turbo Tax customers this season. • Earn up to $0.30 per talk minute ($0.31 for those bilingual in Spanish and English), with additional incentives available up to $0.04 per minute.
• Contractors who meet or exceed key metrics typically earn the equivalent of $20/hour, plus great peak incentives.

• This seasonal contract will run through April 15th (Tax Day).
• The program operates from 7 am to 11 pm CST, Monday to Sunday, with options for both weekdays and weekends.

• A personal computer (tablets are not acceptable).
• A broadband internet connection with a recommended speed of at least 10 Mbps; wired connection required (no Wi‑Fi or mobile internet).
• Windows 11 operating system.
• Valid antivirus software that is up-to-date and operational.
• A USB headset with a microphone.
• For Mac users, only Intel-based machines with Windows 11 installed via Apple’s Boot Camp are accepted.
• A webcam is required.

• The relationship between you and Working Solutions is strictly contractual, meaning you will remain an independent contractor throughout the assignment.
• Working Solutions will not withhold taxes on your earnings. You will agree to waive any claims against Working Solutions regarding benefits typically provided to employees, such as vacation pay or health benefits.
