• Administer acceptance of assignments from clients/lenders and process them accordingly
• Manage high call volumes while processing client/agent requests
• Utilize multiple systems and databases to execute specific lender requirements
• Process the release of vehicles and track auction pickups
• Ensure follow-through and ownership of work to completion

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely
• Ability to type at least 40 words per minute
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Suite products

• Previous experience in the repossession, collections, or automotive industries
• Familiarity with working in a remote environment
