How do you become a Licensed Insurance Agent? TP offers a 5-day paid training to help you prepare for the State Insurance Exam. You read that correctly, you’ll get PAID TO STUDY!
What can you expect? TP will provide a Trainer, study materials, cover the cost and schedule your state exam!
After you pass your exam, TP will support you in obtaining your license in the 50 states/territories we operate in!
Your Responsibilities- Resolve complex consumer issues and advise first level representatives on high level issues.
- Assist policyholders with billing questions and concerns.
- Provide support to policyholders with any policy changes requested.
- Must be located in Texas or Florida.
- Must be eligible to become Licensed (cannot currently or previously hold any Insurance license).
- Minimum 6 months customer service experience.
- Over 18 years of age.
- Ability to type 25 wpm.
- High School Graduate or GED.
- Comfort with desktop computer systems.
- Proven oral & written communication skills.
- 6 months Call Center experience preferred.
- Logical problem-solving skills.
- Availability to work various shifts.
- Ability to use Windows operating systems.
- Organization and work prioritization skills.
- Internet Requirements:
- Minimum download speed: 15.0 Mbps.
- Minimum upload speed: 5.0 Mbps.
- No packet loss and ping under 50ms.
- Internet cannot be Satellite, Mobile Data, P2P, or VPN.
- Proof of internet speed required.
- Clean and quiet workspace.
