Location: New York

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Online Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will support customers through digital channels including email, live chat, social media, and messaging platforms while providing prompt, accurate, and friendly assistance. You will act as the first point of contact for inquiries, helping customers resolve issues, process requests, and navigate our products or services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, social media, and other online platforms.

  • Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.

  • Troubleshoot customer issues and elevate complex cases to appropriate departments.

  • Process orders, returns, refunds, or account updates as needed.

  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

  • Monitor online channels for customer concerns and respond in a timely and professional manner.

  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.

  • Identify recurring problems, provide feedback to the team, and recommend improvements.

  • Uphold company brand voice and service standards in every interaction.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Previous customer service experience (online or in-person) is a plus.

  • Excellent written communication skills with strong grammar and clarity.

  • Ability to multitask, manage time, and work independently in a remote environment.

  • Proficiency with computers, typing, and common online communication tools.

  • Experience with CRM systems is an advantage.

  • Patience, empathy, and a customer‑first mindset.
