Customer Solutions Representative

Join the Customer Solutions Representative team at Kendall Hunt Publishing Company. The role is office‑based in Dubuque, Iowa and does not support remote work.

As part of a motivated, customer‑centric team, you will assist customers via phone, e‑mail and online chat with questions about our products and services.

• Provide first‑level customer support via phone, online chat and other social media tools.
• Assist customers using products for the first time (e.g., purchasing on e‑commerce, registering on websites).
• Troubleshoot problems customers may experience (e.g., password reset, wrong class registration, activation code not working).
• Research and resolve questions or issues related to order inquiries, proof of deliveries, invoice copies, credit card inquiries, KH website, etc.
• Update the corporate CRM with information based on support issues handled.

• Ability to use multiple software platforms and programs.
• Prior customer support experience and a professional, detail‑oriented approach.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to multi‑task.
• A higher‑education degree is preferred, but any educational background is welcomed.
