What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Answer inbound calls from policyholders and their representatives regarding Long Term Care policies
  • Review, analyze, and process customer transactions to ensure timely resolution
  • Navigate multiple systems while interacting with customers to provide accurate information
  • Champion the customer experience through ongoing education and support
  • De-escalate challenging situations by analyzing issues and collaborating with partners
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Strong customer service skills with at least 2 years of experience, preferably in a call center environment
  • High school diploma or military experience
  • Ability to successfully complete virtual training, including being on-camera and actively participating
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain insurance products and benefits
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Associate or Bachelor’s Degree
  • Prior experience in the insurance industry
  • Familiarity with HIPAA requirements
