Customer Service​/Tech Support Rep; Tech Products, Bilingual: English​/Spanish – Remote

• Provide exceptional customer service and technical support for client products and services
• Assist customers via inbound calls in their preferred language while following a call flow guide
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products
• Document and track customer interactions and issues in databases
• Maintain extensive knowledge of client products, including smartphones, tablets, and computers

• Fluency in both Spanish and English, with the ability to read, write, and speak in both languages
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and comfort with technology
• Quiet, distraction‑free home work environment with high‑speed internet access

• Familiarity with iOS and/or macOS or comparable technology
• Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and improve customer experiences
