• Experience in sales or customer service
• Ability to effectively connect with customers over the phone
• Proficient in using Microsoft Windows applications
• High school diploma or GED
• Must pass background and drug screening

• Previous experience in a call center environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping others
• Availability to work some weekends
