• High School Diploma or GED
• 1-2 years of customer service experience
• Life, Accident, and Health Insurance license
• Proven strong verbal and written communication skills, including business English
• Ability to multitask and demonstrate excellent listening skills

• Demonstrated contact center experience and knowledge
• Experience in the life insurance industry
• Strong bilingual competency (English and Spanish)
• Proven service acumen and sales focus
• Excellent PC, data entry, and word processing software skills
