Plumbing, Heating, Cooling in Suwanee, GA is looking to hire a part-time Customer Service Representative (CSR) to schedule appointments and provide general office support. This admin position earns a starting competitive wage of $17 to $20 per hour. Room for advancement is available.

Qualifications for a Customer Service Representative (CSR):
- Attention to detail
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience as a plumbing or HVAC customer service rep is highly preferred
- Experience with Service Titan software is also highly preferred

Work Schedule:
This part-time position typically works Monday, Wednesday, Thursday from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM and Friday from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM. Additional remote hours are available for interested candidates.
