Position: Customer Service / Tech Support Rep (Tech Products, Bilingual: English/Spanish) – Remote

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Provide exceptional customer service and technical support for client products and services
  • Handle inbound customer inquiries using a call flow guide in the customer's preferred language
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products
  • Document and track customer interactions in databases
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of client products, such as smartphones, tablets, and computers
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English (reading, writing, and speaking)
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to build customer relationships
  • A quiet, distraction-free workspace and reliable high-speed internet connection
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS or comparable technology
  • Strong computer navigation skills
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies
  • Ability to work flexible hours, with schedule changes based on performance
