Customer service representatives communicate with clients daily. They generate leads from current customers, make policy changes, and assist call‑ins with their insurance needs. Representatives receive uncapped bonus opportunities and are fully trained/validated within 90 days. No prior insurance knowledge or license is required to apply; the company pays 100% of licensing costs if needed.

• Service existing clients
• Answer inbound calls and conduct outbound calls
• Generate leads from existing clients
• Retain current clients through excellent customer service

• Must have 2‑20 or 20‑44 license to work from home; otherwise onboarded on‑site
• Strong computer knowledge
