Position: Paid Training Remote Customer Intake Specialist(Work from Home) Five Star Call Centers

As a Customer Intake Specialist, you will connect consumers with trusted carriers specializing in car insurance, helping them find the right coverage tailored to their needs. As a key member of our team, you will play an integral role in guiding customers through the insurance selection process, ensuring they are matched with a provider that aligns with their preferences.

This is a full-time, remote opportunity for residents of the following states:

AL, FL, GA, , IA, IN, KS, LA, MI, MS, MO, NE, NV, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TX, TN, UT, VA, WV, WI, WY

Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service/call center or office experience required
  • Technical savvy able to toggle between multiple browsers & systems using dual monitors
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to type at least 35 WPM accurately
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently
  • Must be 18years of age
  • Must pass a background check in compliance with state and federal laws
  • Previous remote work experience preferred
Responsibilities
  • Handle a high volume of inbound calls in a timely, professional manner
  • Follow communication scripts while maintaining a natural and empathetic tone
  • Use internal systems to document, elevate, and track customer issues
  • Work cross-functionally with internal departments to fully resolve customer concerns
  • Participate in training, special projects, and team meetings as assigned
  • Ensure full compliance with company policies and applicable financial regulations
  • Maintain a positive, solution-oriented attitude at all times
Work Schedule & Compensation
  • Hours:Full-time, 40 hours/week
  • Shifts:Monday–Friday 7:00am-3:30pm CST
  • Training:Paid, 1week, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM CST
  • Pay:Starting at $14/hour + $1/hr shift differential for nights/weekends
  • Status:Full time
    - Benefit (40 hrs) eligible 1st of month after 60 days

  • Company-provided equipment for full-time, permanent employees
  • Must have a secure, high-speed internet connection and dedicated workspace
  • Childcare for anyone 4 years of age and younger is required.
