• Assist and educate users on risk solutions and services, focusing on call detail records and geo-location investigations
• Provide same-day responses to all customer support inquiries, ensuring complete resolution
• Build strong rapport with customers through proactive and professional communication
• Advocate for customers by sharing feedback and suggestions with product and engineering teams
• Liaise with various teams, including engineering, product, sales, education, and subject matter experts to ensure customer satisfaction Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with Accurint TraX
  • Experience in customer service or a public-facing position
  • Solid organizational, prioritizing, and time management skills
  • Ability to work both in a team setting and independently
  • U.S. Citizenship required for this role
  Preferred Qualifications
  • Law enforcement experience as an investigator, detective, or analyst position
