• Assist customers with reserving storage units that meet their individual needs
• Provide exceptional customer service and support over the phone
• Collaborate with a close-knit team to maximize monthly commissions
• Participate in training and coaching sessions to enhance sales skills
• Work some weekends as required

• Experience in Sales or Customer Service
• Ability to connect well with customers over the phone
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Windows applications
  
  High school diploma or GED
• Successful completion of background and drug screening

• Previous experience in inbound sales or a related field
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries efficiently
• Excellent verbal communication skills
