What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Support and assist the Business Owner
- Lead administrative and Client support activities
- Answer calls and provide immediate service to client inquiries
- Communicate with Clients, building officials, and suppliers
- Develop document packages for Client and jurisdiction requirements

What is Required (Qualifications):

- Minimum 2 years of experience working as a member of high-performance teams
- Independent work ethic and professional positive attitude
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail
- Strong reading, writing, and arithmetic skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, Quickbooks Online, Google Apps, Smartsheet, and Service Minder CRM
