• Provide exceptional customer service and technical support for client products
• Assist customers via inbound calls in their preferred language, following a call flow guide
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware and software
• Document and track customer interactions in databases
• Maintain a broad knowledge of client products, including smartphones and computers

• Fluency in both Spanish and English, both written and spoken
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to build customer relationships
• A quiet, distraction-free home work environment with reliable internet access

• Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology
• Experience with fast-paced multi-tasking and strong computer navigation skills
