Job Title: Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative (Telecom Experience Required)
Location: Fully Remote (U.S. Only) CENTRAL TIME!
Start Date: August 25
Pay: $25/hour | 1-Year Temp Contract
Schedule: 8-hour shifts assigned within Mon-Fri, 7:00 AM-7:00 PM CT; occasional Saturdays 7:00 AM-5:00 PM CT (MUST HAVE OPEN AVAILABILITY- NO EXCEPTIONS!)
Equipment Provided
A nationwide telecommunications and internet provider is hiring Inside Sales/Customer Service Reps to support customers migrating from copper to fiber services. This role is fully remote and requires telecommunications industry experience.
Candidates without telecom experience will not be considered.
Key Duties:
- Handle 50+ inbound/outbound calls daily
- Assist with service migration and enrollments
- Upsell services where appropriate
- Use Salesforce (plus) and internal tools
- Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat

- Customer service and sales experience is a must
- High school diploma or GED
- Background check and drug test required
- Open availability for assigned shifts
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-call-volume environment
