Key Responsibilities- Conduct scheduled Zoom consultations with clients
- Guide individuals and families through personalized benefit options
- Support clients through the enrollment process with clarity and professionalism
- Maintain accurate digital records and follow-up communications
- Deliver excellent client service and build lasting relationships
- Participate in weekly mentorship and development sessions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Comfortable on video and familiar with digital tools
- Passion for service and purpose-driven work
- Customer service or client-facing experience preferred (not required)
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Reliable internet connection and a Windows-based laptop/PC with webcam
