Training schedule: 9:00am-5:30pm (Mon-Friday)
Normal schedule after training: start times between 11:00am-1:30pm FLEX schedule. Must be available to work either every Saturday or every Sunday.
Work Environment- 100% REMOTE
- All team members must reside within a 60‑mile radius of the local Training Hub in Sandy Springs, Georgia.
- Cannot use satellite, hot spots, wireless point‑to‑point, extenders, Wi‑Fi, or pay‑per‑data services.
- Minimum of 50 Mbps download speed and 25 Mbps upload speed.
- Ethernet connection is required.
- Workstation must be within 8‑12 feet of modem/router; must be plugged directly into the router with cables provided by the company. Two ports are needed for one workstation setup.
- A desk must have adequate space for two monitors, a phone, keyboard and mouse, and be free of distractions.
- Previously established/high‑speed internet connection (non‑satellite) which is not public or shared; the client will not provide it or reimburse for it.
- Training is Monday‑Friday, 9:00am‑5:30pm EST (15 working days: 11 days of trainer‑led instruction, 4 days of field exercises on the phone).
- After training, a two‑week nesting period will occur onsite with daily one‑hour debriefs and additional guidance.
- After nesting, you will work your assigned shift (Mon‑Sat or Sun‑Fri) and meet teleworking guidelines, including satisfactory performance & attendance.
- Candidates must complete Bridge training, attend scheduled sessions, and maintain attendance/performance standards.
- Mon‑Sat Flex schedule with start times between 11:30am‑1:30pm EST. Candidates must be open to working the weekend (Saturdays OR Sundays).
- Ensure account and member security by identifying red flags and safeguarding member assets and information.
- Provide account information and perform basic account transactions.
- Route members to the appropriate departments.
- Provide account balances and review transactions on member and business accounts.
- Transfer funds on member and business accounts to other members or financial institutions.
- Open new accounts and educate members on products and services that best meet their needs.
- Enroll members in online and mobile banking; provide guidance related to these services.
- Order debit cards for new and existing members.
- Research debit card transactions, handle limit increases, and respond to lost, stolen, or misplaced debit card queries.
- Submit disputes for unauthorized electronic checks.
- Release Direct Deposits.
- Perform complex account transactions such as account shutdown and stop payments on checks.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal & written communication skills; professional phone voice.
- Proficiency with computers and strong typing skills.
- Ability to ask probing questions and diffuse tense situations when needed.
- Strong time‑management and decision‑making skills.
- Adaptability and accountability.
- Representatives will receive their schedule two weeks ahead of time and will only be scheduled five days a week, but must be flexible.
Contract to Hire position based out of Sandy Springs, GA.
Pay and Benefits- Pay range: $19.50‑$19.50/hr.
