• Research hotel options and secure reservations
• Support clients with availability, rates, and questions
• Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all bookings
• Maintain professionalism and timely responses

• Excellent customer-service mindset
• Comfort working in a virtual environment
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Previous hospitality experience is a plus but not required
• Flexible hours – fully remote position
