In this role, you'll be a key point of contact for a portfolio of clients. Your focus will be on ensuring their satisfaction, maintaining strong relationships, and identifying potential risks to support client success.

• Manage day-to-day client interactions and regular check-ins.
• Monitor client satisfaction and elevate concerns as needed.
• Track updates and maintain client records.
• Support coordination with internal teams.
• Contribute to client retention efforts.

• Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar client-facing roles.
• Understanding of software development or technology services.
• Experience managing multiple accounts.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
• Advanced level of English.
