BILINGUAL (English/Spanish) Cust Svc Support Rep – 11am‑8pm EST Remote (Patient Customer Service)
Join Lab Corp’s Patient Customer Service department within the Revenue Cycle Management Division. We are seeking energetic, passionate bilingual (English/Spanish) customer service professionals who can solve challenging patient billing issues and deliver exemplary customer experiences through innovation and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities- Answer 80+ inbound calls per day from patients, doctors’ offices, and private insurance carriers.
- Assist Spanish‑speaking customers (85% of calls).
- Initiate payment plans for patients with outstanding balances.
- Utilize multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries while on the phone.
- Maintain performance goals.
- Become proficient with processes after completing structured training.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service in Spanish.
- Ability to work and learn in a fast‑paced environment.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork skills.
- Excellent organizational, verbal, and listening skills.
- Proficiency navigating multiple computer screens and applications.
- Alpha‑numeric data entry proficiency.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous medical and/or call center experience is a plus.

Monday‑Friday, 11 am – 8 pm EST (10 am – 7 pm CST, 9 am – 6 pm MST, 8 am – 5 pm PST). 2nd shift differential pay for EST. During training, hours will be 9 am – 6 pm EST.
