BILINGUAL (English/Spanish) Cust Svc Support Rep – 11am‑8pm EST Remote (Patient Customer Service)

Join Lab Corp’s Patient Customer Service department within the Revenue Cycle Management Division. We are seeking energetic, passionate bilingual (English/Spanish) customer service professionals who can solve challenging patient billing issues and deliver exemplary customer experiences through innovation and continuous improvement.

• Answer 80+ inbound calls per day from patients, doctors’ offices, and private insurance carriers.
• Assist Spanish‑speaking customers (85% of calls).
• Initiate payment plans for patients with outstanding balances.
• Utilize multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries while on the phone.
• Maintain performance goals.
• Become proficient with processes after completing structured training.

• Fluent in both English and Spanish, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service in Spanish.
• Ability to work and learn in a fast‑paced environment.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Excellent organizational, verbal, and listening skills.
• Proficiency navigating multiple computer screens and applications.
• Alpha‑numeric data entry proficiency.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous medical and/or call center experience is a plus.

• Internet download speed at least 50 Mbps.

• Equipment must connect to router/modem via Ethernet cable;

Monday‑Friday, 11 am – 8 pm EST (10 am – 7 pm CST, 9 am – 6 pm MST, 8 am – 5 pm PST). 2nd shift differential pay for EST. During training, hours will be 9 am – 6 pm EST.

Closes 12/31/2025.

$17.75 – $21.00 per hour.
