Key Responsibilities- Assist with onboarding 20,000 new employees by setting up computers and providing configuration and provisioning support.
- Address connectivity and access issues for new hires.
- Handle inbound calls in a busy call center environment, managing 300-400 calls per week.
- Experience in the financial services industry.
- Ability to work remotely during Eastern Standard Time (EST).
- Comfortable in a high-volume call center environment.
- Technical skills for imaging and deploying new hire assets.
- Polite and effective communication skills.
