đ What Youâll Be DoingYouâll be the friendly voice and helpful brain behind the scenes, making sure our customers feel taken care of and our cleaning teams have what they need to succeed.
That means:
- Answering inbound calls, emails, and texts
- Helping customers book and manage appointments
- Solving problems (big and small) with creativity and empathy
- Supporting cleaners in the field (like helping find the spare key)
- Setting clear expectations with customers to avoid surprises
- Passing along praise and feedback so everyone feels appreciated
- Spotting potential âred flagâ customers before they become problems
