Oral Surgery of Georgia is seeking a bilingual appointment scheduler to support our oral surgery patients. This role focuses on scheduling appointments, handling patient calls, and providing excellent customer service. After completing in‑office training, the position transitions to work from home.

• Schedule and confirm oral surgery appointments.
• Answer patient calls in Spanish and English.
• Verify patient and insurance information.
• Document interactions accurately.
• Provide a positive, professional patient experience.

• Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal).
• Healthcare, dental, or call center experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable working remotely after training.
