Maintain a broad knowledge of client products, including smartphones and computers
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to work in a quiet, distraction-free environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and proficiency in computer navigation
- Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS or comparable technology
- Eagerness to learn new technologies
- Strong focus on building customer relationships
- Experience in a fast-paced multi-tasking environment
