Position: Customer Service / Tech Support Rep (Tech Products, Bilingual: English/Spanish) – Remote

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and technical support for client products and services
  • Assist customers in both English and Spanish via inbound and outbound calls
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware and software
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in databases
  • Stay informed about the latest client products, including smartphones and computers
Qualifications
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English, with the ability to read, write, and speak in both languages
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to build customer relationships
  • Availability to work during specified hours, with a changing schedule every 3 months based on performance
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS or comparable technology
  • Strong computer navigation skills and knowledge of PC operations
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to fast-paced environments
  • Experience in technical support or related fields
