Live Chat Agent (Full-Time) – Job Description
Position Overview:
We are looking for a Full-Time Live Chat Agent to provide real-time online support to customers via chat. The ideal candidate is friendly, tech‑savvy, and capable of delivering excellent customer service while multitasking in a fast‑paced virtual environment.
- Respond to customer inquiries through live chat and email in a timely, professional manner.
- Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order support.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
- Document all interactions and feedback accurately in the system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve the overall customer experience.
