• Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients
• Ensuring client satisfaction within your assigned book of business
• Retaining desirable accounts and handling renewals
• Responding quickly and professionally to client needs
• Following agency procedures to deliver accurate, high‑quality work
• Supporting your teammates and contributing to team development
• Identifying and closing additional opportunities with existing clients
• Participating in marketing efforts and staying focused on client engagement

We’re seeking someone who brings both professional skill and a great attitude
. Here’s what you’ll need to thrive in this role:

• Bi‑Lingual is a PLUS (Lithuanian, Russian or Ukrainian)
• Comfortable with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and using a calculator
• Fast and accurate typing skills
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Organized, punctual, and dependable
• A friendly, respectful, and ethical approach to work
• Experience with CRM systems (especially Infusionsoft, Turbo Dial, Insured Mine)
