What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Serve as the primary contact for customers, providing exceptional service and technical support
  • Assist customers in both English and Spanish, following a call flow guide
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to various client products
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in databases
  • Stay knowledgeable about client products, including smartphones, tablets, and computers
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to work in a quiet, distraction-free environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and computer navigation proficiency
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS or comparable technology
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing schedules
  • Experience in a fast-paced work environment
