• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware and software
• Document and track customer interactions in databases
• Maintain a broad knowledge of client products, including smartphones and computers
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences while adhering to call flow guidelines

• Fluency in both Spanish and English, with the ability to read, write, and speak in both languages
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong focus on building customer relationships and problem-solving skills
• Availability to work flexible hours between 8am-11:30pm EST, with schedule changes every 3 months based on performance

• Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS or comparable technology
• Strong computer navigation skills and experience with multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and skills
