The RoleAs a Client Success Specialist, you’ll be the main point of contact for policyholders—answering questions, guiding them through benefits, and ensuring they feel supported every step of the way.
Key Responsibilities- Explain policy benefits and guide clients through updates or claims
- Provide clear, easy-to-understand education on coverage
- Partner with team leaders to streamline onboarding and service
- Be the trusted go-to for client support needs
- Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help others
- Tech-savvy and comfortable in a remote environment
- Organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven
- Customer service or insurance background is a plus (not required)
- Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. or Canada
