• Administer acceptance of assignments from clients/lenders and process service completions
• Manage high call volumes while processing client/agent requests
• Utilize multiple systems and databases to execute lender requirements
• Process vehicle releases and track auction pickups
• Ensure thorough follow-through and ownership of tasks until completion

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Ability to type at least 40 words per minute

• Previous experience in the repossession, collection, or automotive industries
• Familiarity with working in a remote environment
