If you like to help people and provide excellent customer service, Fume-a-Pest is the right place for you. This is a great opportunity if you live close to our Encino office. Part time in office and part time remote work is available after training period.

Responsibilities:

Answering in-coming calls with little to no out-bound / cold sales calls

Handle customer inquiries and complaints

Collect payments from customers

Provide information about the products and services

Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns

Document and update customer records based on interactions

Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

Qualifications:

Ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Pleasant working environment
Position starts at $19/hour, sales opportunities and PTO
Office hours are 8am to 5pm, Monday thru Friday
